Complete with music and without words, let yourself be lulled by the powerful and regenerative effect of theta waves, which effortlessly bring us back to our natural harmony. Crystal bowls, gong, handpan drum, voice, violin, harmonium, and Tibetan bowls are on the menu. The Tibetan bowls will be played therapeutically, letting them ring directly on your body for a long time. We will end the session with some gentle mantra chants to unite our voices and make our hearts vibrate together.
