Visit this page a few days before the start of the Festival, we will update the information as it happens on our website and social media.
The Festival takes place in Val-Morin, 6120 Rue Morin, Val-Morin, QC J0T 2R0.
All activities are very close and within walking distance. Park your car and enjoy!
The main yoga classes, musicians and live show take place under the main marquee on the lawn (corner rue Morin and 10e avenue).
The workshops take place inside the town hall and the walks take place on the Gilles Leroux track outside.

*only exception: the special sunrise session at Sentier des cimes on Sunday August 31 at 7:30 a.m.
DIRECTIONS
Your ticket is non-refundable, but it is possible to transfer it to another person, in case you cannot join us. Contact us to change the participant’s name at tickets@flowfestival.ca. Enter their name, order number and email.
It is not mandatory to book your session under the main tent.
However, space is limited for some indoor workshops, particularly those in the Val-Morin Town Hall, the Théâtre du Marais, and on the Sentier. Arrive early to secure a spot (15 minutes in advance).
We will send you a link in a newsletter to pre-register for workshops in May 2025.
Prices at the door on Festival day will be $10 more expensive than pre-sale. Don’t wait to reserve your place!
Please note that we cannot guarantee you a place in the workshops with limited capacity; only classes under the main marquee will be guaranteed if there are still tickets available.
Several parking lots are available in Val-Morin. You can park:
in front of the Théâtre du Marais
near the Gilles Leroux trail
on Main Street
in the Parc Legault parking lot
The Festival will take place even if it rains because we have a covered marquee and the workshops will take place in the town hall.

Here are other suggestions to help you in the Laurentians:
Bring your purchase confirmation email and the associated QR code. You can show us the email for every ticket bought. In exchange, you will receive a small bracelet identifying the type of ticket purchased.
- Your yoga mat and any other accessories you usually use (meditation cushion/back chair, towel, block(s), strap(s), blanket(s), etc.). there will be yoga mats for sale on site as well as yoga clothing.
- Your purchase confirmation email and the associated QR code.
- Bottle of water to hydrate you, drinks will however be purchased on site. The available water point is located outside and inside at the bathroom level.
- Clothes suitable for all weather, comfortable for Yoga and a sweater for the evening.
- Solar cream
- Hat and sunglasses
For Sup Yoga and Sauna and Ice Bath activities: you must bring your own swimsuit and towel, no equipment will be provided on site. You can change in a closed wooden kiosk 🙂
You will be able to take advantage of our exhibitors’ offerings at any time and freely: you do not need to pay for entry to Festival activities to visit them! Only Yoga sessions and music shows are accessible with a paid pass.

- Schedule: 6:30 to 8:30 a.m.
The 2-hour event includes:
- Meditative walk in the treetops
- Invigorating herbal tea at the ticket booth in the Cambro
- Contemplation of the landscape from the top of the 40-meter panoramic tower
- Yoga workshop at the top of the panoramic tower, duration 1 hour
Procedure:
– 6:30 to 7:00 a.m. arrival of participants and herbal tea
– 7:00 a.m. maximum departure of the meditative walk towards the tower
– 7:00 to 7:30 a.m. installation of mats, contemplation of the landscape, free meditation
– 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Yoga workshop
– 8:30 a.m. free meditation
– 8:30 a.m. return to Reception
– 9:00 a.m. departure of the yogis and return to Val-Morin
Local vendors and merchants will be available on site: sandwiches, smoothies, health sodas, mocktails, vegetarian BBQ, gluten-free options.
Our exhibitors’ preferred payment method is credit or debit card. If you wish to pay in cash, they cannot guarantee to have change available so please have the exact amount with you.
All our lessons are accessible to everyone and at all levels: beginners, advanced, seniors, athletes, children. Our professional teachers know how to guide you to give variations and adaptations to potential injuries, pregnant women etc.
If you are a beginner, the FLOW Festival is a good way to discover, initiate or test new types of Yoga.
Classes will be taught in French and English; we aim to make them accessible to all.
However, the majority of participants, as well as our instructors, are French-speaking. To the extent possible and in keeping with the flow of their teaching, some instructions will also be translated into English.
Please note that Eoin Finn’s masterclass is taught in English. He will be assisted by Nathalie Saintonge, who will be available to assist you in French if needed.
Participants will be asked their preferred language when purchasing their ticket.
Children are welcome at the Flow Festival!
Entrance is free for children under 12 years old.
The classes and workshops are more oriented towards adults and teenagers from 16 years old but younger children can participate accompanied by their parents.
If a significant number of children are present, we will offer them a supervised play area 🙂
