YOGA & SKI EXPERIENCES

YOGA, SOUND & EXPERIENCES

A moment in time to move, breathe, celebrate, pause, raise our vibration, and let the energy flow through us in joyful sharing with others.

More than a festival, it's a memorable, unifying experience and an intergenerational gathering.

More than a festival, it is a memorable, unifying experience, and an encounter with oneself.

THE FLOW

Flow, or being in the zone, is a continuous, fluid movement and a mental state achieved when a person is completely immersed in an activity and is in a state of maximum concentration, full engagement, and satisfaction in its accomplishment.

Flow is the rhythm of music.

The Flow Festival keeps you in the zone continuously to demonstrate and rediscover your true nature.

A unique fusion of yoga, music, and sensory experience

The festival’s innovative core lies in its original fusion of yoga with live music, DJs, and sound healing. Unlike traditional events where music is an incidental accompaniment, here it is integrated as a central element of the experience: each yoga session is designed around unique sound compositions, created to accompany, modulate, and intensify the participants’ state of “flow” (a state of concentration, mindfulness, and presence)—going beyond the standard approach of yoga classes with simple background music.

Exhibitors and local artisans

Much more than just merchants and artisans: discover a vibrant and creative community in Quebec: yoga clothing, healthy food, designers and artists, plant-based mocktails, delicious smoothies, massage therapists and quality yoga studios.

The festival is not intended to be merely a gathering of individual practitioners; it is designed to foster social cohesion and human connection—a space where participants, teachers, musicians, artisans, and local exhibitors interact in a spirit of sharing and celebration. This creates a vibrant and inclusive community centered around well-being, music, and art.
