The Flow Yoga & Sound Festival (est. 2023) returns this summer for its 4th edition, entitled Essentiel (Essential), with an ambitious program that brings together yoga, music, meditation, movement arts, and immersive experiences in the exceptional natural setting of the Laurentians.
Conceived as a space for rejuvenation and connection, the event offers a contemporary approach to well-being by bringing together yoga teachers, sound artists, musicians, facilitators, and creators from various disciplines. The goal: to offer a collective experience that fosters presence, movement, and connection.
Throughout the weekend, festival-goers can participate in a series of more than 20 activities designed to stimulate both body and mind: outdoor yoga sessions, guided meditations, mindful breathing workshops, sound baths, immersive ceremonies, musical performances, and multisensory experiences.

Himalayan Kriya Yoga is distinguished by its beautiful interplay of meditation, mantra, asana, mudra, laya (heart opening), and breathwork.
