Voice Fires | Participatory Music Immersion with Etienne Vezina
Whether you're a beginner or a complete novice, one of the smoothest paths to joy is singing and playing music together. Few experiences touch the body and heart so deeply. The immersion begins gently with self-care exercises that release tension and revitalize the body, then progresses naturally towards increasingly captivating atmospheres with percussion shared with the audience. Led by Étienne Vézina, a stage performer for over 20 years and a relationship happiness coach, he orchestrates humor, magic tricks, and soul music composed live with guitar, flute, didgeridoo, and loop station. Abhyanga self-massage with Lyne Taillefer
Ayurvedic Wellness Ritual: This workshop invites you to discover the art of Abhyanga self-massage, an ancient Ayurvedic ritual known for nourishing the nervous system, calming the mind and emotions, and supporting a conscious reconnection with the body. Through simple, slow, and accessible movements, participants are guided to slow down, release tension, and cultivate a sense of grounding, gentleness, and presence. The arms and hands, considered in Ayurveda as an extension of the heart, become a space for listening and caring for oneself. This intimate and enveloping moment promotes balance, vital energy, and the development of a more conscious and loving relationship with one's body. The workshop is open to all, with no prerequisites. Oil will be provided to fully support the self-massage experience.

To enhance the closing of the Festival, a unique creation by Resonessence and its musicians for a powerful moment of group mantra chanting, featuring a first this year: a Kirtan accompanied by the electronic music of Legyl! To unite our voices in one heart and our hearts in one voice. You can sing, dance, or even just lie back to listen and receive gently.

This year, the Festival (2026) will take place at Place des Citoyens in St. Adèle, with some activities on the square and others on the grass.
All activities are close together and within walking distance. Park your car and enjoy!
The main yoga classes, live music, and DJ lunch will be held in the main square.
Workshops will take place outdoors on the grass (indoor option to be confirmed).
NO TRAVEL REQUIRED
DIRECTIONS
Tickets at the door on the day of the Festival will be $10 more expensive than the pre-sale price. Don’t delay in reserving your spot!
Subject to availability, you can also purchase a day ticket (Saturday or Sunday) at the box office on the day of the Festival. However, please note that we cannot guarantee a spot in workshops with limited registration; only classes under the main tent are guaranteed if tickets remain.
The ticket is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to another person if you are unable to join us. Contact us to change the name of the participant at tickets@flowfestival.ca. Include their name, order number, and email address.
SESSION BOOKINGS
Booking your yoga session under the main tent is not mandatory, but it is recommended. This will help us better support and guide you with our volunteers and instructors.
INSIDE WORKSHOP BOOKINGS
Please note that places for some workshops are limited.
We will send you a workshop registration link one month before the festival, and you can choose your time slot at any time, subject to availability.

The Festival will take place even if it rains because we will have a covered tent for the workshops if needed.
Looking for accommodation during the Festival? Here are some suggestions to help you in the Laurentians:
Bring your purchase confirmation email and the associated QR code. You can show us the email or print it out. In exchange, you will receive a small bracelet identifying the type of ticket purchased.
- Your yoga mat and any other accessories you usually use (meditation cushion/backrest, towel, block(s), strap(s), blanket(s), etc.). Yoga mats and yoga clothing will be available for purchase on site.
Your purchase confirmation email and the associated QR code.
A water bottle to stay hydrated; drinks will also be available for purchase on site. The water fountain is located outside near the town hall.
Clothing suitable for all weather conditions, comfortable for yoga, and a sweater for the evening.

Bring your own swimsuit and towel; no equipment will be provided on site.
A change of clothes.
You can change in the locker room in a closed wooden kiosk near the saunas.
You can enjoy our exhibitors’ offerings at any time and freely: you don’t need to pay for Festival activities to visit them! Only Yoga sessions and music shows are accessible with a paid pass.
Local vendors and traders will be available on site: sandwiches, smoothies, healthy soda, mocktails, vegetarian BBQ, gluten-free options.

All our classes are accessible to everyone and all levels: beginners, advanced, seniors, athletes, and children. Our professional instructors can guide you, providing variations and adaptations for potential injuries, pregnant women, etc.
If you’re a beginner, the FLOW Festival is a great way to discover, learn, or try new types of yoga.
The courses will be taught primarily in French, but we want them to be accessible to everyone.
The majority of participants and our instructors are native French speakers. To the best of their ability and to facilitate effective teaching, some instructions will also be translated into English.
Participants are asked to specify their preferred language when purchasing their tickets.
Children are welcome at the Flow Festival!
Entry is free for children under 12.
The classes and workshops are geared more towards adults and teenagers aged 15-16 and up, but younger children can participate when accompanied by their parents.
We’ll have coloring books to keep the children entertained 🙂
